Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a Director of Facilities! In this leadership role, you’ll oversee all campus and facility operations, including Facilities, Grounds, Custodial Services, and Project Management for a day school in your area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities, or Construction Management (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in facility/building/property management or construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role (educational setting experience preferred)
- Expertise in at least two technical trades (plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, roofing, HVAC, or other building trades)
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required
- Ability to interact positively with the client, staff, and the public
