We are seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager to perform integrated case management functions with high risk members, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of behavioral health experience and a strong computer skills, with a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D, or RN degree.
