High volume of inbound calls daily, answering questions and collecting payments from Healthcare Exchange Marketplace Members, multitasking, and providing customer service.

• Banking and Managed Care Experience
• Call Center or High Volume Face to Face Interaction Experience
• Computer Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette
