Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to process requests for insurance coverage of formulary and non-formulary drugs that reject at the dispensing pharmacy based on pre-determined plan criteria. The ideal candidate will have a clear and active Pharmacist license in PA, a Bachelors' degree in pharmacy or PharmD, and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
