Pediatric Care Manager

HealthCare Support is seeking Pediatric Care Managers to fill multiple openings with a prestigious health plan. Daily responsibilities include performing care management duties to assess, plan, and coordinate medical and supporting services for select members to promote quality and cost-effective care.

Requirements

• Associates Degree
• 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience in a clinical setting as an RN
• 2+ years as Clinical Social Worker Licensure LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
• 1+ years of case management experience (Highly preferred)
