Experienced Registered Nurse with Case Management experience looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company. Daily responsibilities include evaluating members for case management services, completing comprehensive assessments, and developing care plans. Travel to inpatient bedside member's home, provider's office, hospitals, etc.
Requirements
- RN license - clear and active in the state of GA
- 1+ year of current case management experience
- Managed care experience preferred
