Job Description
HealthCare Support Staffing, Inc. is seeking a RN - Telephonic Health Coach (Bilingual) to provide unbiased evidence-based health information to assist individuals telephonically with any health related concern. The Health Coach will educate and guide callers through their healthcare choices, provide ongoing disease management coaching and symptom support education, and document calls and information in a computer database.
Requirements
- TX nursing license with multi-state privileges
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and Spanish
- Minimum 3+ years working as a RN in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills for speaking over the phone
- Strong computer skills to navigate MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and keyboard skills
Benefits
