Telephonic Triage RN

Establish supportive relationships with callers and their families, perform assessments, and provide medical information and community resources as needed.

Requirements

• Clear and active RN license in the state of GA
• At least 2 years of acute clinical experience
• Ability to speak professionally and compassionately over the phone
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with computers and ability to navigate through various systems and document notes from callers
