Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner will provide in-depth nursing care, order diagnostics, prescribe pharmaceuticals, and perform procedures for managing and treating illnesses and chronic conditions within a designated clinic. The role emphasizes collaboration with interprofessional team members, community needs assessment, and continuous improvement through evaluative processes. It is a full-time position within the Primary Care Sites department.

Requirements

• Five (5) years experience as a nurse practitioner
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
• Competency in Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills

• Use of computers and software applications
