Job Description
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking a Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) to provide primary health care services to assigned populations in Radville, Saskatchewan. The role involves community needs assessment, health promotion, disease prevention, and collaboration with other healthcare providers. This position offers opportunities to work as a team leader, develop new programs, and improve healthcare delivery within the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Requirements
- Three (3) years nursing experience
- One year experience in community needs assessment/development/health promotion
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Level C Certificate (BLS-C)
- Competency assessment (Advanced, Intermediate, Basic)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in health promotion and prevention strategies
- Commitment to working independently as well as in a team
