Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in compliance with state regulations (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Proven experience in clinical mental health services, especially within community-based settings
- Experience in leadership and management is preferred
