Job Description
Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services, programs, and staff. The role involves budgeting, marketing, staff recruitment, and supervision, with a focus on trauma-informed care and providing compassionate client support. The company is a leader in mental and behavioral health services delivered directly to individuals and families in need.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, etc.)
- At least two years’ experience working with children (internships, volunteer work, etc.)
- NC and VA registration/eligibility (QMHP/PCSS)
- MS/CCSS credentialing (Mississippi, AL)
- Active professional licensure or eligibility
- Experience supervising staff within mental health or related fields
