Job Description
HealthFlex is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee and optimize patient care services. This role coordinates with and supports the clinical field staff, managing MD orders, supplies, and ensuring high standards of care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful impact in a supportive, home-based environment.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted LVN License
- 1 year of LVN experience in a direct patient care setting
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
