Job Description
HealthFlex is seeking a Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide crucial support to patients in their homes. The role involves assessing patients' social and emotional needs, counseling them, and connecting them to community resources. Requirements
- Masters of Social Work Degree
- 1 year of MSW experience in a healthcare setting
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
