Job Description
The Behavioral Patient Care Technician (BPCT) supports clinical staff by managing patients with escalating behavior and reducing visitor incidents. They monitor patient safety, participate in debriefings, and remain updated on de-escalation training. Daily reports are required, and management retains the right to add or change duties.
