Women's Health Nurse Practitioner - Phoenix, AZ

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (DNP) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.
• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or family practice.
