The role involves assisting with personal care and daily living activities, providing emotional support and companionship, and collaborating with nursing staff and care team.

Requirements

• Valid PSW Certification (Ontario)
• Vulnerable Sector Check (within 1 year)
• TB test clearance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with dementia care, GPA/NVCI (asset)
• Cantonese or Mandarin fluency (preferred)
