Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Mammography Technologist Lead I to perform mammography screenings. The role involves patient interaction, adherence to ACR guidelines, and ensuring quality mammographic procedures. The position will require proficiency in operation of equipment and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Completion of Initial Mammography Training Program
- Current ARRT License/Registration/Certification
- ARRT Mammography Certification within 12 months of hire
- Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, mammographic positioning, and proper application of radiographic principles
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
