Medical Laboratory Technician

HealthPartners is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join their Lab department in the White Bear Lake Clinic. The role involves performing various laboratory procedures in accordance with established SOPs and maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and team collaboration. This is an opportunity to contribute to patient care and provide high-quality lab services.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a lab science or medical laboratory technology or 12-month approved school for Certified Laboratory Assistant
• Certification by ASCP Board of Certification or AMT
• Qualified to work in a highly complex laboratory under CLIA regulations
• Proficiency in typing or keyboard skills
• Ability to perform manual dexterity exercises
