Surgical Technologist (CST), Regions Operating Room

The Surgical Technologist role at the Regional Operating Room is an active part of the surgical team. This positions as a Scrub Technologist, assisting with O.R. preparations, instrument acquisition, and sterile field maintenance. New graduates are encouraged to apply and new grads are expected to complete national certification exams. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

• Completion of a surgical technologist training program
• National Certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) within 12 months of hire date
• CPR certification
• Completion of national certification exam
• Performance of departmental procedures (hand scrub, gowning, gloving, instrument maintenance)
