Job Description
HealthPro Heritage has a great Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity for the North and Northwest Houston area. The position requires a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas with a flexible schedule and consistent part-time or PRN work.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
- Flexible schedule preferred with weekday availability
- Consistent part-time or PRN work with a minimum 10-12 visits per week
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
