Manager, Training

HealthStream is seeking a Manager, Training to lead the training team, oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of customer and employee training programs, and ensure consistent delivery of high quality training and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years designing and delivering customer facing training.
• 3+ years working with LMS platforms and elearning.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%
