Requirements
- 2+ years of retail meat/seafood experience
- 2+ years of management, or progressive supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, breaking down primal cuts of meat, and knife skills
- Understanding of health & sanitation standards
- Ability to order effectively and manage inventory systems
- Leadership and communication skills to build a productive, motivated team
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
- Familiarity with local sourcing and sustainable food practices is a plus
