Job Description
Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to serve as a key player in clinical projects, ensuring successful implementation of Homecare Homebase’s software within agencies across the country. The consultant will guide customers through implementation methodologies and deployment, supporting clinical setup and training teams. Responsibilities include subject matter expert roles, leading customers, customizing software, and facilitating change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in home health or hospice field
- Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and lead a team
- Effective leaders who demonstrate strong ownership abilities.
