Reporter

WJCL-TV, a Savannah, GA ABC affiliate, is seeking a Reporter to create compelling news stories, conduct interviews, and build news content. The role requires a strong reporter who can be on the ground, break stories, and work independently. It values impact and enterprise reporting.

Requirements

• Professional or college reporting experience
• Experience with enterprise reporting and ability to uncover details
• Write clear, correct, compelling copy that supports images
• Operate mobile transmission devices
• Work in all weather conditions
• Work varied shifts, including overnights and weekends
• Deal with the stresses of news production
