Job Description
The Senior Director, Technical Consulting will lead an internal technical consulting practice to deliver solutions for MHK CareProminence platform. This role will drive billable capacity, improve operational efficiency, and help maximize the health of the client portfolio through file-based integrations, API-based interfaces, and technical reporting. The role involves client management, scaling a team, and maintaining operational and financial health.
Requirements
- 10-15 years experience in Healthcare operations with a minimum of 4 years in a management role
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting enterprise SaaS delivery for health plans and/or PBM's
- Strategic thinking and Technical Consulting
- Proficiency in enterprise SaaS delivery
- Project Management and Risk Management
- Client-facing skills with relationship building
- MS Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical degree
- Masters’ Degree Preferred
