Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in email or newsletter production
- Proven success managing email or newsletter campaigns at scale
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with tools like Sailthru, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, AirTable, or Trello
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong design instincts
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
