Clinical Trial Manager

Heartflow is a medical technology company focused on advancing coronary artery disease diagnosis and management using AI-driven cardiac tests. The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring studies meet timelines and adhere to high quality standards. This role involves managing clinical study sites, documentation, vendor management, and project management. The CTM will work with various Heartflow staff and external collaborators to drive clinical study execution.

Requirements

• Participates in clinical research activities including management of clinical study sites, management of study documentation, vendor management, and project management tasks.
• Develops clinical trial timelines, enrollment projections, and instructional materials in support of trial execution.
• Conducts study start-up activities including the development of protocols, informed consent forms, source document worksheets, training presentations, etc.
