Job Description
This is an internship program offering professional IT services for multiple HBS customers. The role includes providing desktop & application support, networking, firewall management, remote support, and technical mentoring. Interns will contribute to customer success and learn about the IT industry.
Requirements
- Obtain knowledge on customer technologies.
- Perform proactive maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist with remote application support and hardware troubleshooting.
- Monitor and analyze customer networks and systems.
- Cross-educate and mentor other HBS employees.
