DVM Student Externship- Pet Medical Center

Pet Medical Center, a full-service animal hospital, offers emergency care and medical, surgical, and dental care. We provide hands-on experience and mentorship to veterinary students through our Externship Program.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School
• Must be able to provide student PLIT
• Length of externship is flexible
• Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed
