Job Description
Caregiver-Experience with High Behaviors, providing ongoing services to clients and individuals in their homes, schools, or communities. This role focuses on safety, individual goal meeting, documentation, communication, and fostering positive relationships with clients and support staff. The caregiver also develops individualized service plans and promotes a strengths-based approach.
Requirements
- High organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain confidential records
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws
- Medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with documentation in the Therapeutic database (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certifications
