Job Description
Heart & Hands Of Care, Inc. is seeking a Live-In Caregiver to provide in-home support to residents in their assisted living home. This full-time position involves managing resident activities, ensuring wellbeing, supervising staff, and supporting financial operations. The caregiver must be knowledgeable in resident care needs and adhere to all regulations.
Requirements
- Regular cleaning of residence in areas used by person
- Prompting residents to complete laundry
- Implements support plans and schedules
- Assists in skill development and implementation
- Supports medications and appointments
- Manage finances and budget
- Maintain physical site and vehicle safety
- Implement goals and objectives outlined in Individual Support Plan
- Support daily living activities
