Requirements

• Completed education/university (Sales or Business Admin field preferred) or career change with strong motivation
• Experience in building or scaling SaaS startups, ideally in the HR/payroll environment
• Hands-on mentality with strong persuasiveness and perseverance
• Expertise in marketing strategy and data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in German and English
• Expertise in creation and implementation of marketing strategies
• Analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Technical fluency and interest in HR
