Job Description
HCSS is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, primarily Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
