We are looking for a nursery manager to lead our 10-member team, develop the pedagogical work, and strengthen the trusting cooperation with families and sponsors. Our nursery is a place where children and their families feel welcome and all people meet with mutual appreciation and on equal terms.
Requirements
- Development and implementation of early childhood education offers
- Promotion of teamwork and motivation of employees
- Responsibility for quality development, safety, hygiene, and maintenance of the institution
- Cooperation with other institutions and services in the social environment
- Designing a partnership-oriented cooperation with parents and guardians
