Events Lead

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make healthcare more continuous and deeply human. The Events Lead will own how Heidi shows up through live experiences, including establishing global events strategy, partnering with Field Marketing teams, and delivering flagship events.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations
• Proven experience owning events end to end
• Experience rolling out event formats across multiple markets
• Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Confident managing agencies and vendors
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Proactive, accountable, and execution-focused
