We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help keep our GTM engine running smoothly day to day. You will support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our marketing systems, campaigns, and data ensuring teams can move fast with confidence.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or a similar support-focused role in B2B or SaaS.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo).
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid, and event-driven programs.
- A strong attention to detail and appreciation for clean data, documented processes, and reliable reporting.
- Basic understanding of lead routing, attribution, and integrations across GTM systems.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping teams work more efficiently.
- Clear communicator who is comfortable documenting processes and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
