Job Description
Heidi is a rapidly growing AI startup focused on reducing non-clinical workload in healthcare. They offer a freemium medical scribe that helps clinicians manage documentation and collaborate effectively. The Product Manager role will focus on architecting AI capabilities, designing orchestration frameworks, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of AI systems within clinical environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of PM experience with at least 2 years building AI/ML products, specifically agent systems, autonomous workflows, or multi-turn AI applications.
- Deep technical expertise in agent architectures and tools like LangChain, ReAct, or Chain-of-Thought.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Systems thinking and the ability to design evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with production AI challenges.
- Data fluency and communication skills.
