Job Description
Join our Product Growth team to build the mechanics that turn Heidi users into Heidi advocates, working on problems that matter and developing analytical rigour and product intuition. Define strategy, develop a clear understanding of Heidi's future state, partner with teams to ship quickly and measure rigorously, analyse user behaviour, run experiments, and evangelise your work.
Requirements
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to form considered hypotheses
- Excellent design thinking and knowledge of what a great product looks like
- Intellectual curiosity, obsessive learner, and strong analytical skills
- A strong bias for action, founder mindset, and ability to distil complex analysis into actionable insights
- Bonus experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or high growth startups
