Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make healthcare more continuous and human. We're a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping complex systems that real users depend on.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals and experience contributing to user-facing products end-to-end.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and experience with agentic frameworks, modelling complex domains, orchestration, and event-driven architectures is a plus.
