Job Description
Heidi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Enterprise Identity & Access work, focusing on SSO, ReBAC, SCIM, and fine-grained authorization (FGA) integration. This role requires shaping the enterprise foundations for scalable identity solutions and building a platform that will scale 100x over the next few years. The position involves defining strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and integrating with existing identity platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with 2+ in identity, IAM, or enterprise security.
- Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM, and how they translate to enterprise value.
- Proven track record shipping enterprise identity features (SSO, ReBAC, provisioning, admin UX).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes fast.
- Platform mindset and ability to scale.
