Job Description
Heidi is an AI Care Partner building an AI exoskeleton to support clinicians with documentation, delivery of care, and overall efficiency. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the global integrations platform, connecting Heidi's AI to a global healthcare ecosystem. The role involves strategy execution, platform building, prioritization, and coaching of a team, with a focus on building sustainable and scalable integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of PM experience with 3+ in platform, API, or integration-heavy products
- Proven experience building interoperability ecosystems (FHIR, HL7, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM)
- Strong technical fluency and empathy for engineers and developers
- Experience balancing enterprise depth with global scalability
- Skilled in cross-functional alignment
