Job Description
Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care. The company is expanding across the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture
- Strong working knowledge of integration protocols (REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), enterprise architecture, and security standards
- Experience supporting sales cycles with large healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors is highly valued (FHIR/HL7 familiarity a plus)
