We're looking for a Web Product Lead to lead the website as a product, accountable for its strategy, outcomes, and evolution over time.
Requirements
- Experience leading or shaping high-impact websites in product-led, ecommerce, or content-driven environments
- Direct involvement in driving conversion, engagement, or growth outcomes
- Seniority matters less than judgment, accountability, and follow-through
- Strong intuition for user behaviour, grounded in data and evidence
- Comfortable working with hypotheses, experiments, and imperfect information
- Motivated by measurable impact rather than output
- Ruthlessly prioritises what matters most
- Biases toward shipping, learning, and iterating
- Makes clear calls and moves things forward
- AI-native ways of working
- Uses AI as part of everyday product workflows
- Thinks in leverage, systems, and compounding efficiency
- Curious and proactive about new tools and approaches
- Technically fluent enough to make good product and prioritisation decisions
- Strong appreciation for UX, design quality, and brand expression
- Works effectively with engineers and designers without micromanagement
