Requirements

• Conduct industry specific and client company research
• Support Consultants in developing position specification(s) and a focused search strategy
• Assist Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents
• Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest in client opportunities
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire life cycle of the search
• Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all Search information
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and complete high quality deliverables on time
