Job Description
Heifer International is seeking a Project Team Leader to lead the Sierra Leone Livestock and Livelihoods Development Project (SLLDP) Technical Assistance (TA) team. The role requires a high-level expert in private sector engagement, livestock commercialization, and value chain development. The successful candidate will provide leadership and management to the SLLDP IFAD TA team and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-level technical assistance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Livestock Science, Extension and Rural Development, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
