Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Previous internship or up to 1-2 years of experience in controlling, reporting, or financial analysis (preferably in an international / SSC environment)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools
- Understanding of P&L structure, cost allocation, and budgeting concepts
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Good organizational and deadline-driven skills
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems is a plus
