Job Description
Heitman is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Compliance team, supporting private equity, public debt, and public securities solutions. This role involves regulatory monitoring, preparing filings, corporate governance, compliance training, and assisting with policy updates. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of compliance related experience within private equity, public equities, investment management, or financial institutions.
- High attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines.
- Understanding of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Investment Company and Investment Advisers Acts of 1940.
