Job Description
Heitman is seeking a Vice President to join the investment research group in Hong Kong or Tokyo. This role involves researching economic, capital markets, and property market trends to support the firm's investment strategies. It involves collaboration with acquisition teams, preparing market summaries for business plans, writing white papers, and interacting with senior management and clients. The position requires a strong understanding of economic and market trends and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate research, consulting, finance, or economics.
- Experience within the commercial real estate industry preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin a plus
