This position will serve as clerical support for the Mental Health Center(s), performing duties such as greeting consumers, answering phone calls, and data entry, with a focus on initiative, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to interact in a professional manner with a variety of staff members, consumers, family members, and community agencies.

Requirements

• Graduation from standard high school or equivalent
• One year experience in performance of related duties
• Valid drivers license and be insurable to drive Center vehicles
• Proof of PIP insurance
• Ability to read and proof correspondence, reports, computer printouts, etc.
• Excellent spelling and grammar
• Ability to perform addition and subtraction
• Ability to count money
• Ability to complete financial assessments following procedure set out by HFC Reimbursement Department
• Ability to relate to verbal instructions, communicate in a courteous and effective fashion with co-workers, consumers and families, agencies and the public
